Habitat and Description: On steep, somewhat eroded roadcut on E- to SE-facing steep slope of Edwards Limestone. Associates included Acacia berlandieri, Berberis trifoliolata, Dasylirion texanum, Forestiera reticulata, Garrya lindheimeri, Juniperus ashei, Mimosa borealis, Nolina lindheimeriana, Quercus pungens var. vaseyana, Rhus trilobata, Sophora secundiflora, Wedelia hispida. Locally common, dozens of shrubs.
