Habitat and Description: In mixed vegetation in deeper loamy soils in broad shallow drainageway on otherwise nearly level upland underlain by Cretaceous limestone. Vegetation dominated by Prosopis glandulosa, Flourensia cernua. Associates included Cryptantha 28767, Dalea formosa, Lappula redowskii, Parthenium incanum, Physaria fendleri, Plantago rhodosperma, Psilostrophe 28765. Rays white on upper surface, lilac on lower surface. Local.
