Habitat and Description: Grown in alluvial deep fine sand. Associates include Cladium sp., Tripsacum dactyloides and Panicum virgatum. Collection was 12 dm tall. Inflorescence 6 dm. In cultivation. Latitude is listed as Ã'Ca.Ã" In cultivation for seed production. From seeds collected in August 2001. Germinated that fall and seedleings moved twice prior to collection. Sheet 1 of 2.
