Habitat and Description: In strip of emergent hydrophytes on wet clayey soils on unshaded margin of pump-fed pond (stock tank) in valley between slopes of tuffaceous sandstone and conglomerate of the Tascotal Formation. Associates included Aster subulatus, Baccharis sp., Conyza canadensis, Cynodon dactylon, Eleocharis 31804, Leptochloa 31903, Paspalum distichum, Salix sp. (seedlings), Xanthium strumarium. Common.
