Habitat and Description: In remnants of post oak woodland that burned in 2011 wildfire, nearly level to gently sloping ridgetop underlain by Pennsylvanian sandstone. Associates included Andropogon ternarius, Bouteloua hirsuta, Eragrostis 31929, Polygonum ramosissimum, Quercus stellata, Sporobolus cryptandrus, Verbesina encelioides. Rare.
