Habitat and Description: In wet soils along unshaded margin of stock tank, in valley in very gently rolling grassland landscape underlain by a mix of Perdiz Conglomerate (a fanglomerate of variable composition) and Quaternary alluvium. Associates included Amaranthus palmeri, Echinochloa 31850, Eriochloa contracta, Heteranthera limosa, Najas guadalupensis, Panicum sp., Salsola iberica, Xanthium spinosum, X. strumarium. Common.
