Habitat and Description: In clayey mud on top of limestone bedrock exposed in bed of entrenched intermittent stream, in valley bottom on hilly landscape underlain by Glen Rose Limestone. Associates included Andropogon glomeratus, Aster subulatus, Chloracantha spinosa, Cladium jamaicense, Dichanthelium acuminatum, Eleocharis geniculata, Eupatorium serotinum\, Fuirena simplex, Lobelia cardinalis, Mitreola petiolata, Muhlenbergia lindheimeri, Muhlenbergia utilis, Panicum virgatum, Platanus occidentalis, Pluchea odorata, Rhynchospora nivea, Sabal minor, Tripsacum dactyloides. Rare.
