Habitat and Description:
In weedy herbaceous vegetation on soils modified soils originally mapped as deep, well drained, calcareous, moderately alkaline silt loam Typic Ustifluvents (Rio Grande series). Associates included Chloris andropogonoides, Lepidium austrinum, Plantago rhodosperma, Sonchus asper, S. oleraceus, Verbena halei. Common.
