Locality: United States, TEXAS, Bastrop, NE side of road to Alum Creek ca. 200-300 ft. NW of low water crossing, ca. 1.4 airmiles SE of jct. St. Rt. 21 and F. M. 1441 NE of Bastrop. Bastrop State Park. Smithville NW Quadrangle. Elev. 410-420 ft.

Habitat and Description: In herbaceous vegetation in wet fine sand or silt in mostly unshaded shallow drainage ditch along unpaved road on floodplain of small stream, foot of slope underlain by Carrizo Sand. Area lightly burned during Bastrop Complex Wildfire of September 2011. Associates included Anagallis arvensis, Briza minor, Dichanthelium spp., Krigia gracilis, Myosotis macrosperma, Ranunculus sp. (30100), Sesbania vesicaria, Teucrium canadense, Trepocarpus aethusae, Valerianella radiata, Veronica peregrina. Locally common.
