Habitat and Description: In stony-clayey alluvium in and along unshaded rocky bed of +/- perennial stream. Associates included Aster praealtus, A. subulatus, Carex emoryi, Eleocharis montividensis, Fuirena simplex, Iva annua, Ludwigia palustris, Marsilea sp., Panicum virgatum, Paspalum distichum, Polypogon monspeliensis, Potamogeton nodosus, Salix nigra, Sesbania sp. Common.
