Habitat and Description: In partial shade of Populus fremontii on gravelly floodplain terrace of nearly perennial spring-fed stream. Associates included Bothriochloa barbinodes, Chilopsis linerais, Chloracantha spinosa, Mimosa sp., Sporobolus wrightii. Rare.
