Habitat and Description: In grassland on silty flat on gently rolling landscape underlain by a mix of Perdiz Conglomerate (a fanglomerate of variable composition) and Quaternary alluvium. Associates included Aristida ternipes, Berlandiera lyrata, Bothriochloa alta, Bouteloua gracilis, Buddleja scordioides, Chenopodium spp., Cirsium undulatum, Croton pottsii, Cryptantha 31374, Eryngium heterophyllum, Hilaria swallenii, Panicum obtusum, Proboscidea fragrans, Ratibida columnifera, Rhynchosida physocalyx, Sphaeralcea angustifolia, Vernonia marginata.
