Habitat and Description: In succulent shrubland on upper bedrock slope of canyon in Salmon Peak Limestone. Associates included Acacia rigidula, Agave lechuguilla, Boerhavia linearifolia, Buddleja racemosa ssp. incana, Centaurium calycosum, Dasylirion texanum, Diospyros texana, Echinocereus triglochidiatus, Fouquieria splendens, Jatropha dioica, Linum rupestre, Penstemon baccharifolius, Yucca reverchonii. Locally common.
