Habitat and Description: In cedar elm - shin oak - Ashe juniper woodland on gentle lower part of NW-facing limestone slope, just above streambottom. Associates included Carex planostachys, Celtis reticulata, Cornus drummondii, Desmodium tweedyi, Forestiera pubescens, Fraxinus texensis, Geum canadense, Juniperus ashei, Parthenocissus quinquefolia, Poa chapmanii, Prunus mexicana, Quercus sinuata, Sapindus saponaria, Sideroxylon lanuginosum, Smilax bona-nox, Ulmus americana, Ulmus crassifolia, Verbesina virginica. Rare.
