Habitat and Description: In drainageway in gently rolling sandy landscape underlain by Eocene sands (probably Carrizo Sand), on soils mapped as deep, excessively drained, slightly acid fine sandy loam Typic Ustifluvents (Sayers Series). Area burned during Bastrop Complex Wildfire of September 2011. Culms 8 ft. tall; rare in park in 2012, noted only. Sheet 2 of 2.
