Habitat and Description: With other scattered low shrubs on limestone exposed on scour plain about 1 foot above level or river. Associates included Acacia rigidula, Bothriochloa ischaemum, Bouteloua curtipendula, Cynodon dactylon, Diospyros texana, Eragrostis lehmanniana, Gymnosperma glutinosum, Indigofera lindheimeriana, Karwinskia humboldtiana, Leptochloa dubia, Linum rupestre, Palafoxia callosa, Thelesperma simplicifolium. Low shrub; occasional.
