Habitat and Description: In moist clayey sand in unshaded bed of wet-weather drainageway at base of slope underlain by Reklaw Formation. Area lightly burned during Bastrop Complex Wildfire of September 2011. Associates included Aristida longespica, Cyperus 31612, Dichanthelium 31617, Dichanthelium scoparium, Eleocharis tortilis, Juncus diffusissimus, J. validus, Ludwigia decurrens, Morella cerifera, Paspalum floridanum, Pteridium aquilinum, Rhexia mariana, Strophostyles helvola. Local.
