Habitat and Description: Around base of flagpole on mown lawn on W side of park HQ, on level upland underlain by Carrizo Sand, on soils mapped as deep, well drained, slightly acid fine sandy loam (Axtell-Tabor complex, Udertic Paleustalfs and Aquic Paleustalfs). Area NOT burned during Bastrop Complex Wildfire of September 2011. Associates included Cynodon dactylon.
