Habitat and Description: In deciduous woodland o sandy clay loam of terrace along intermittent stream. Associates included Calyptocarpus orbiculatus, Celtis laevigata, Frangula caroliniana, Ilex vomitoria, Lonicera japonica, Parietaria pensylvanica, Paspalum langei, Plantago rhodosperma, Quercus virginiana, Rubus trivialis, Sideroxylon lanuginosum, Smilax bona-nox, Sonchus sp., Stachys agraria, Symphoricarpos orbiculatus, Ulmus crassifolia, Verbesina virginica. Common.
