Locality: United States, Texas, BANDERA, Ca. 500 ft. NE of the confluence of the Sabinal R. and drainage 2 (see map on the Herbarium sheet). Sabinal Canyon State Nat'l Area (now Lost Maples State Nat'l Area).
Habitat and Description: On limestone rockland SW facing slope. Infrequent shrub to 50 cm. With Juniperus ashei, Diospyros texana, and Sophora secundiflora.
