Locality: United States, Texas, BREWSTER, Big Bend National Park, near Santa Elena Canyon, along main road in canyon, 400 m. from Rio Grande. Elev. 2150 ft.
Habitat and Description: Shrubby tree, 6 m. Bas. diam., 20 cm. Crown diam., 5 m. Loosely suckered and branched from ground, branches mostly upright, nodding terminally. Bark smooth gray, except bottom lm., cracked open in vertical pattern. Fruits pale green.
