Habitat and Description: Dry marsh. Hard to sticky gray-black clay. This sp.-other grass complex with Salicornia sp, Suaeda sp., Borrichia frut. Perennial herb, ca. 1 m. In conical mounds-clumps, very robust and hard to dig up. Buff-brown anthers predominate inflorescence. Glumes green and white.
