Habitat and Description: On bare beach, 10 m. from, 50 cm. above water. Gray silt. Salicornia, other halophytes associated. Shrubby perennial herb, 1 m. Basal diam., 1.5 cm. Crown diam., 1 m. Bushy, branches ascending and curving over top, making tight, globular mass of branches. White petals.
