Locality: United States, Texas, Cameron, E of Harlingen on Highway 106, 4.5 miles E of bend in 106 at Harlingen Air Force base. 0.3 mile N of intersection with road marked to Port Harlingen. Elev. 30 ft.
Habitat and Description: Stream bank at roadside. Dark brown sand. Thicket of Prosopis sp., Pithecolobium sp., Opuntia sp., Zanthoxylum fag., and microphyllous shrubs of other spp. Perennial herb, ca. 1.3 m. Coarsely upright, white corolla, foliage rank-smelling.
