Locality: United States, Texas, Bandera, In drainage 9, ca. 2250 ft. NW of the confluence of the Sabal River and drainage 9. Sabinal Canyon State Natural Area (Lost Maples State Natural Area).
Habitat and Description: On leaf-littered limestone rock. Common perennial to 10 cm. Corolla purple with white throat. With Quercus glaucoides, Sophora secundiflora and Juncus ashei.
