Locality: United States, Texas, Bandera, Along the Sabinal River, ca. 1000 ft. NNE of the confluence of the Sabinal River and drainage 11. Sabinal Canyon State Natural Area (Lost Maples State Natural Area).
Habitat and Description: On small seeping limestone cliff. Rare sprawling perennial. Rays and discs yellow. With Thelypteris kuthii, Adiantum capillus-veneris, Solidago altissima, Styrax platanifolia, Juniperus ashei, Platanus occidentalis, Acer grandidentatum and Quercus texana.
